GetMyMusicVideo is a service operated by NETRADIO NETWORK SAS, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, password), order details (chosen track, options), any photos you upload for the AI option, and payment status. Card payments are processed by viva.com — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To create and deliver your video, provide customer support, process payments, and send you order-related emails. Photos submitted for the AI option are used solely to produce your video.

Third parties

We use viva.com for payments, the Spotify Web API so you can search for your track, and Resend to send transactional emails. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.

Hosting

The website and its data are hosted in Contabo's data center in Germany (European Union).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@getmymusicvideo.com.
