Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the service provided by NETRADIO NETWORK SAS, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France (“we”, “us”), through getmymusicvideo.com.

1. Service

We produce live-action music videos for independent artists. Each package is described on the pricing page and is selected automatically based on the length of the song you submit. An optional AI add-on lets you appear in your own video; it requires you to upload photos of yourself.

2. Orders & payment

Orders are placed through your account and paid securely via viva.com. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

Deliverables are digital. Typical production time is 30 business days. Once finalised, a Full Full HD MP4 download link is made available in your account, and we send a YouTube invitation so the video can publish on your official channel. The broadcast version is distributed to our partner FAST TV channels. Because these are custom-made digital productions, delivery is by electronic means, not physical shipping.

4. TV broadcast & royalties

Your video airs on our partner FAST TV channels. Any royalties arising from these broadcasts are collected and paid to the artist by the relevant collective management organizations (collecting societies / performance-rights organizations), not by NETRADIO NETWORK SAS. Any figures we mention (e.g. an estimated $4K–$8K per year) are indicative only, are not guaranteed, and depend on actual airplay, correct metadata, third-party reporting, and the artist being registered with the appropriate rights societies.

5. Refund & cancellation

You may cancel before production starts for a full refund. Once production has begun, the portion of work completed is non-refundable; any unused balance may be refunded at our discretion. As these are bespoke digital works made to order, the standard right of withdrawal for off-the-shelf goods may not apply once work has commenced. 6. Rights

On full payment, you receive the rights to use the delivered video for your music. You confirm you hold the rights to the track you submit and, for the AI option, to the photos you upload.
